Mt. Moriyoshi is known as one of the best 100 mountains of flowers and as one of the best 3 viewing spots of frost-covered trees. Akinomiya Sanso is a hot spring resort located in the southern edge of Akita Prefecture. It is in Former Ogachi Town where is famous for the hometown of Ono-no-Komachi. There is also known for the oldest hot spring village in Akita Prefecture.
