You can enjoy the nature, such as sea kayaking, climbing the Futatsui mountain, strolling in the beech forest. In addition, you can experience making food such as bread and pizza by using Shirakami-Kodama ferment, Soba (one of the Japanese popular noodle), and Tofu (healthy food with beans). Also, craft classes that can make shellfish straps and chopsticks have been well received.

Guests can enjoy an expansive vies of the Sea of Japan. "Hatahata" means a sandfish. As the name suggests, there are bathtubs designed in the motif of sandfish fishery ships. The bathtubs are made of trees or rocks. Please have a good soak in the hot springs. We are proud of dishes with local seafood products. In summer there are fireworks and "Tenku no Fuyajo" that a few large lanterns boasting the best heights in Japan and walking in the town, and "Onagori Festival" where some Tohoku region festivals come together.
