Hot spring water is drawn directly from the source in the bath tub without circulation. Strong alkaline, simple sulfur hot spring with pH 9.8. The texture is soft and gets your skin smooth. This characteristic makes it very popular as a hot spring of beautiful skin.

Sukawa-onsen is a hot spring which water is drawn directly from the source in the bath tub without circulation) with magnificent scenery. There is a fine view bath 1100 meters above sea level.
From open-air bath, you will see a panorama view of Sukawa-heights at the foot of Mt. Kurikoma. At night, you can enjoy the star-filled sky nearby.

Our facility is located at the center of south-east part of Akita Prefecture. As a base facility of sightseeing and business in this region, anyone from children to adults can use this facility for amusement, learning and relaxation.
There are free pick-up services with 2 buses. We also offer lift vehicle (please consult us in advance).
