You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Tazawa from all seats of our restaurant while having meal. Dishes using agricultural products of Akita and home-brewed beer are recommended. Food menu changes four times a year depending on the seasons. In autumn, “Dento yasai plate” using traditional vegetables of Akita is popular. Amang home-brewed beer, “Beni Komachi Lager Beer” made from locally produced rice “Akita Komachi” is popular. Enjoy freshly brewed beer. There is beach called “Shirahama” in front of the restaurant. You can enjoy taking a walk, play area for kids, and rest area. Walking trail (Slope available in front of ORAE) is built along the lake so that wheelchair and buggy users are also accessible. Large shop curtain is a sign of Kakunodate Station Akita Nairiku Railway. Turn right when you get out the ticket gate after getting off bullet train. We will take you to the four seasons of travel on Akita Nairiku Railway.

Folake is a tourist information center located in Tazawako JR Station yard. We provide tourist information of Tazawako area as well as surrounding area such as Kakunodate and Nishiki. We introduce you accommodations in our area which meet your requirements, and we also make a reservation for you when you visit us.
