Akinomiya Sanso is a hot spring resort located in the southern edge of Akita Prefecture. It is in Former Ogachi Town where is famous for the hometown of Ono-no-Komachi. There is also known for the oldest hot spring village in Akita Prefecture.
Akinomiya Sanso provides accommodation and hot spring facility. Hot spring is also available for a non-staying visitor (600yen). There are 7 kinds of bath tubs such as outdoor bath and Jacuzzi bath, etc. Hot spring quality is chloride spring, and it is colorless and transparent. This hot spring is effective for keeping body warm, moisturizing skin, and recovery from exhaustion. Besides, it is good for skin disease, etc.
