駅構内の待合室内にあり。
（左側）開き戸幅１５３ｃｍ、段差なし。
（右側）自動スライド戸幅９０ｃｍ、段差なし。Waiting room. The left hand side swinging door is 153 cm wide with no step. The right hand side automatic sliding door is 90cm wide with no step.
駅構内案内所エリア Information Area (Inside Waiting Room)
待合室内の案内所エリアは開放となっている。
The waiting room and information center are connected.
案内所カウンター Information Counter
レンタサイクル、一時的な荷物の預かりなどの手続きをこちらで行う。

通常イスが２つ設置しているが、移動可能。
The bottom of the desk is 67cm high. There are two moveable chairs put out.

駅前観光案内所 Tourist Information Center (In front of Station)
駅前にあり。
大館市観光協会の事務所でもある。Located in front of the station to the left when exiting. Office of the Tourism Association.
駅前観光案内所入口 Tourist Information Center Entrance (In front of Station)
入口手前６ｃｍの段差あり。
（外側）手動スライド戸幅７５ｃｍ、９ｃｍの段差あり。
（内側）手動スライド戸幅８０ｃｍ、５ｃｍの段差あり。There is a 6cm step before the entrance. The outer manual sliding door is 75cm wide with a 9cm step to enter. The inner sliding door is 80cm wide with a 5cm step to enter.
駅前案内所 Information Center (In front of Station)
駅前案内所のカウンター前のスペースは広くはないため、 車いす利用者や、時間のある方には構内の案内所が良いと思う。
The inside of the center is cramped, so it is recommended visitors with wheelchairs use the information counter inside the station.
